At Jim Jam The Label, we want you to love your loungewear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Carefully place your items back into their original Jim Jam packaging, ensuring they are unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated return label and drop your package off at any authorized shipping location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
